  • 500 ml Cake flour
  • 10 ml Baking Powder
  • 2 ml salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 250 ml water
  • 12 ml Apple cider vinegar
  • 20 ml Oil

Instructions
  1. Sift the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
  2. Beat the eggs until light and frothy, add the other liquids and oil
  3. Make a well in the center for the dry ingredients and pour the wet ingredients in
  4. Mix until a smooth batter
  5. Let batter stand for 1 hour
  6. Heat pan and add some oil just enough to moisted pan
  7. Ladle batter in pan and cook until pancake is golden brown on bottom and flip.
