  • 500 g Green beans topped and tailed
  • 1 Potato cubed
  • 1 onion finely diced
  • 5 ml salt
  • 2 ml White pepper
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 ml Freshly grated nutmeg

  • 1 Potato cubed

Instructions
  1. Add the cut beans into the pot.
  2. Add the potato, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the water and simmer the mixture, covered, for 30 to 40 minutes, or until cooked.
