  • 75 ml sugar
  • 2 ml vanilla

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 150 ℃
  2. Spray and cook a dish about 1.5 L.
  3. Soak sago in 200 ml milk for 1 hour.
  4. Bring the remaining milk to boil add the sago, salt and cook until translucent, stir continuously.
  5. Stir in the butter and remove from heat.
  6. Whisk the eggs and sugar add vanilla.
  7. Slowly add the egg mixture to sago.
  8. Pour into prepared dish.
  9. Use a roasting pan and put the sago dish into it and pour with water until half way.
  10. Bake for 45 - 50 min until done.
  11. Serve with custard.
